VENTILATION OUTAGE - THIRD FLOOR SOUTH RAL - MAY 16TH FROM 6:00AM TO 10:00AM

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting the listed rooms in your area on Monday, May 16^th from 6:00AM to 10:00AM. This outage is needed to service the fans and replace air filters on the system that services your area. During this outage, there will be no supply air, general exhaust or exhaust to the fume hoods. As a result, no experiments should be running in the fume hoods during the outage and the affected rooms should be unoccupied. To prepare for the outage:

• Make sure all fume hood sashes are closed

• Make sure all chemicals and waste containers are sealed

Comments : We would like to have Steam Distribution replace the OA filters during this outage also. We will coordinate with them.

Reason : To service fans and replace air filters associated with system.
