VENTILATION OUTAGE - CLSL-A - JUNE 2ND FROM 6:00AM TO 10:00AM

TO ALL IN CLSL-A:

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting all of CLSL-A on Monday, June 2nd from 6:00AM to 10:00AM. This outage is needed to download a new fan program and verify proper operation. During this outage, all fume hoods will be out of service and there will be reduced ventilation, which may cause fluctuations in space temperatures. This means that no research should be taking place in any CLSL-A labs during the outage. To prepare for the outage, please make sure that all fume hood sashes are closed and that all chemical and waste containers are sealed. Further details about the outage are listed below:

Outage Request Number: 73300

Outage Time : 2025/05/05 07:00 until 2025/05/05 10:00

Outage Type : VENTILATION

Comments : It is to my oppinion that if we take down AHU3 for the commissioning, to restart AHU3 we need to shut AHU1 & 2 down to restart #3. So this outage will be for ALL AHU1,2,3.

Reason : Fire Alarm/ Duct Detector Commissioning (outage should hopefully take 1hr total, putting 3 hours in to be respectful on timing)
