VENTILATION OUTAGE - CLSL-A - DECEMBER 1ST FROM 1:00PM TO 3:00PM

TO ALL IN CLSL-A:

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting the south portion of CLSL-A on Wednesday, December 1st from 1:00PM to 3:00PM. This outage is needed to test dampers and redundant fan service as part of the ongoing ESCO project renovations. The outage will only affect the supply air in the areas of CLSL-A serviced by fans S1 and S2 (highlighted in orange and gray on the attached map). Occupants in these areas may notice fluctuations in airflow and temperature. Further details about this outage are listed below:

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting the designated areas of CLSL-A on Tuesday, November 30th from 7:00AM to 3:00PM. This outage is needed to install controls as part of the ongoing ESCO project renovations. During this outage, there will be no supply air available to those areas served by the S2 supply fan. These areas are highlighted in gray on the attached maps. Occupants in the affected areas may notice warmer than usual space temperatures. Further details about this outage are listed below:

LOW PRESSURE STEAM OUTAGE - NOYES LAB - NOVEMBER 19TH FROM 7:00AM TO 12:00PM

F&S is conducting a LOW PRESSURE STEAM OUTAGE affecting Noyes Lab on Friday, November 19th from 7:00AM to 12:00PM(Noon). This outage is needed to repair a ruptured gasket. During this outage, building occupants may notice cooler than usual space temperatures. Further details about the outage are listed below:

Reason : Gasket on flange has ruptured. If not repaired asap the leak will damage flange resulting in longer repair /outage time.
