FIRE ALARM OUTAGE - DAVENPORT HALL - DECEMBER 29TH THROUGH JANUARY 29TH DAILY FROM 7:00AM TO 3:30PM

TO ALL IN DAVENPORT:

F&S will be conducting a FIRE ALARM outage affecting Davenport Hall from December 29th through January 29th. The outage will be daily from 7:00AM to 3:30PM, except for holidays and weekends and is needed to perform welding in the basement. Further details regarding this outage are listed below:

Comments : We will need assistances from UIUC to shut down the fire alarm daily, except holidays and weekends

VENTILATION OUTAGE - SOUTH RAL - DECEMBER 22ND FROM 7:00AM TO 10:00AM

TO ALL IN SOUTH RAL:

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting the rooms on the west side of the ground and 1st floors of South RAL on Tuesday, December 22nd from 7:00AM to 10:00AM. This outage is needed for the controllers to receive a new download and the fans will only be shut down for a few minutes during this download. Further details regarding this outage are listed below:

Outage Type : VENTILATION

Building : 0116 - ROGER ADAMS LABORATORY

Building Sections affected : Fume hoods in RAL South, Rooms/labs on the West Side of Ground and 1st Floor

Building Services affected : Exhaust Fans.

Building Occupants Effect : Loss of exhaust, especially some fume hoods

Ventilation Fan No. : EF-103A, B, C

Ventilation Area. : Rooms served by DOA 01

Comments : This will be an intermittent shutdown. When these controllers receive the new download, they will shut down for a few minutes to reset.

PARTIAL WATER OUTAGE - CLSL-A - DECEMBER 18TH FROM 6:00AM TO 10:00AM

TO ALL IN CLSL-A:

F&S will be conducting a PARTIAL WATER OUTAGE affecting CLSL-A on Friday, December 18th from 6:00AM to 10:00AM. DI water will be shut off for all of CLSL-A but the hot and cold water will only be shut off for A123, A125, and A127. Further details about the outage are listed below:
