F&S will be conducting a LOW PRESSURE STEAM outage affecting South RAL on Friday, December 11th from 6:00AM to 10:00AM. This outage is needed to re-pipe two condensate lines that were attached to one of the air handlers removed as part of the ESCO project. Building occupants may notice cooler than usual temperatures during the outage. Further details regarding this outage are listed below:

Comments : RAL South fans may be shut down if discharge air temps get too low. Deran (Stm Dist) is aware of the outage and what support is needed.

Reason : Repipe two condesate lines attached to demoed AHU S-4. This work is part of U16061 EPC Proj 005.
