VENTILATION OUTAGE - SOUTH RAL - MAY 18TH FROM 6:00AM TO 10:00AM

TO ALL IN SOUTH RAL:

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting the listed rooms on the ground and 1^st floors of South RAL on Wednesday, May 18^th from 6:00AM to 10:00AM. This outage is needed to service the fans and clean the coils associated with the system. During this outage, there will be no supply air available, exhaust to the fume hoods, or general exhaust. As a result, no experiments should be running in the fume hoods during the outage and the affected rooms should be unoccupied. To prepare for the outage:

• Make sure all fume hood sashes are closed

• Make sure all chemicals and waste containers are sealed

Reason : To service fans and replace filters associated with system.
