TO ALL IN SOUTH RAL:
F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting the listed rooms on the ground and 1st floors of South RAL on Monday, June 6th from 6:00AM to 10:00AM. This outage is needed to service the fans and clean the coils associated with the system. During this outage, there will be no supply air available, exhaust to the fume hoods, or general exhaust. As a result, no experiments should be running in the fume hoods during the outage and the affected rooms should be unoccupied. To prepare for the outage:
- Make sure all fume hood sashes are closed
- Make sure all chemicals and waste containers are sealed

Building Occupants Effect : There will be NO Supply air or Fume Hood exhaust. The general exhaust will be down also.

Comments : We would like to have Steam Distribution replace the OA filters during this outage also. We will coordinate with them.
Reason : To service fans and clean coils(5 year PM) associated with system.
