VENTILATION OUTAGE - RAL - FEB 27 - 6AM TO 10AM - UPDATED

This outage has been completed and everything went smoothly.  -Danielle







TO ALL IN RAL:

F & S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE in RAL SOUTH on the DOA 101 ventilation fan.  This is being done to clean the energy recovery wheel and repair the drive belt.  Those who will be affected directly were contacted last week regarding this outage and should prepare by doing the following:

·         Clean up any spills in the hood

·         Cap all chemicals and bottles

·         Shut the fume hood doors

Ventilation Area. : 0116 2nd,3rd and 4th floor labs. Fume Hoods located in the SOUTH sections of labs on these floors.

Outage Reason : In order to clean the Energy Recovery wheel and repair the Drive Belt.
Building Sections affected : 2nd,3rd and 4th floor labs. Fume Hoods located in the SOUTH sections of labs on these floors.
Building Services affected : This will affect make up air and exhaust serving labs.
Building Occupants Effect : Hoods will be down in the Southern Section of each lab and Make Up Air supplied to these areas will be reduced.
