NEW EMAIL ADDRESS FOR SAFETY EXAM REQUESTS

TO ALL IN SCS:

The SCS Facilities and Safety Team have decided to take a different route when it comes to requesting SCS Safety Exam enrollment through Compass.  Previously, you would email me directly to ask to be enrolled.   This process was not adequate because if I was out of the office, there wasn’t anyone else checking to see who needed to be enrolled. 

Moving forward, please use this email address when requesting SCS Safety Exam enrollment:  scs-safetyexam@mx.uillinois.edu

This will help streamline the requests and allow others on the SCS Facilities and Safety Team to access the email account to enroll you when I am unavailable.  This information will also be posted on the SCS Building Outages/Important Notices Blog:  www.scsbuildingoutages.blogspot.com.  If you have any questions, please let me know.
