VENTILATION OUTAGE - SOUTH RAL - OCTOBER 21ST FROM 7:00AM TO 11:00AM

TO ALL IN RAL:

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting the rooms in South RAL listed below on Friday, October 21^st from 7:00AM to 11:00AM. This outage is needed to replace filters for the exhaust system. During the outage, there will be no lab, fume hood, or cabinet exhaust so no research should take place in these rooms until the outage is over. To prepare for the outage, please make sure that all chemical bottles and waste containers are closed and that all fume hood sashes are closed. Further details about the outage are listed below:

Building Services affected : There will be Reduced supply air and NO exhaust air.

Building Occupants Effect : Lack of conditioned air and NO fume hood or cabinet exhaust.

Ventilation Area. : see rooms below

Comments : Please CAP all chemicals and CLOSE all sashes to fume hoods.

Reason : We are changing the filters on the exhaust side of this system.
