VENTILATION OUTAGE - SOUTH RAL - MAY 29TH, JUNE 1ST, AND JUNE 2ND FROM 7:00AM TO 9:00AM

TO ALL IN SOUTH RAL:

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting the ground and 1^st floors of South RAL on Friday, May 29th, Monday, June 1st, and Tuesday, June 2^nd from 7:00AM to 9:00AM. This outage is needed to service the supply fans serving the affected areas. During the outage, there will be intermittent loss of supply air, which will also affect the makeup air to the fume hoods. If you are working in the fume hoods during the outage, please keep the lab doors open to allow for makeup air to come in from the corridors. Further details about the outage are listed below:

Building Occupants Effect : Intermittent loss of supply air.

Ventilation Area. : South Labs, Ground Floor & First Floor.

Comments : Daily on 5-29, 6-1 & 6-2. Make up air for fume hoods may fluctuate, be aware. May keep lab entry doors slightly open during outage to help compensate. This is a multi day, NOT Continuous.

Reason : Shop 06 will be servicing these 3 fans.
