LOW PRESSURE STEAM OUTAGE - RAL - MARCH 24TH FROM 8:00AM TO 12:00PM

TO ALL IN RAL:

F&S will be conducting a LOW PRESSURE STEAM OUTAGE affecting RAL on Tuesday, March 24^th from 8:00AM to 12:00PM(Noon). This outage is needed to repair a copper condensate line. During the outage, building occupants may notice cooler than usual temperatures. This outage will also shut down the domestic hot water as well as the smoke alarms in the building. Work order # : 11317998 *HIGH PRIORITY* CONDENSATE RETURN LINE FOR PERIMETER RADIATORS HAS SMALL LEAK MID LINE STUDENT WRAPPED IT IN DUCT TAPE. WRAPPED PLASTIC AROUND PIPE TO DIVERT LEAK. MAY NEED POSSIBLE HEAT VALVE OUTAGE FOR FIX.
