VENTILATION OUTAGE - APRIL 12TH FROM 6:00AM TO 10:00AM

All,

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting 272-279 and 370-379 in South RAL on Friday,  April 12^th from 6:00AM to 10:00AM. This outage is needed to change filters on the supply and exhaust fans serving those rooms. During the outage, there will be no supply or exhaust air available in the affected rooms so no research should be taking place. To prepare for the outage, please make sure that all chemical/waste containers are sealed and that fume hood sashes are closed. Further details about the outage are listed below:

Ventilation Fan No. : HE-1,Hartwig Labs, Supply and Fume Hood Exhaust

Ventilation Area. : All of the Labs associated with The Hartwig Group.

Comments : Please cap all chemicals and close fume hood sashes.

Reason : To Change Filters in Fume Hood Exhaust System and inspect unit
