VENTILATION OUTAGE - CLSL-A - OCTOBER 2ND FROM 5:00AM TO 1:00PM

TO ALL IN CLSL-A:

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting all exhausted lab equipment (fume hoods, glove boxes, gas cabinet, etc.) in CLSL-A on Friday, October 2^nd from 5:00AM to 1:00PM. This outage is needed to clean and repair the heat recovery coil. During this outage, no experiments should be run involving any of the exhausted lab equipment. To prepare for the outage please do the following:

·         Make sure all chemicals and waste containers are capped

·         Make sure all fume hood sashes are lowered

·         Turn off any gas cylinders stored in ventilated cabinets, disconnect anything connected to them, and reattach the cylinder cap

Comments : General exhaust will remain in operation

Shutoff Location : NOT APPLICABLE

Reason : Cleaning and repair of heat recovery coil. This work is part of U16061 EPC Proj 005.
