UPDATE: VENTILATION OUTAGE - RAL SOUTH - JUNE 13 & JUNE 14 - 6AM TO 10AM EACH DAY

UPDATE:  SCS WAS GIVEN THE WRONG DATES AND THESE OUTAGES WILL NOW OCCUR ON JUNE 13 AND JUNE 14 FROM 6AM TO 10AM EACH DAY.  WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

Please review the information below as the same protocol will need followed for the outages next week.

TO ALL IN RAL SOUTH:

F & S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE for Air Handling Unit S2(AHU-S2) on Thursday, June 13 from 6:00am to 10:00am.  The same type of outage will occur for Air Handling Unit S3(AHU-S3) on Friday, June 14 from 6:00am to 10:00am.  These outages are necessary to perform the annual preventative maintenance on each unit.  There will be NO SUPPLY AIR in the affected lab spaces.  Please suspend ALL research activities in the hoods during this outage as a safety precaution. If your lab space is affected(list below), please do the following prior to the outage date:

• Clean up any spills in the hood
• Cap all chemicals and bottles
• Shut the fume hood doors
