VENTILATION OUTAGE - GROUND AND 1ST SOUTH RAL - MAY 23RD AND 24TH FROM 6:00AM TO 10:00AM

TO ALL IN RAL:

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting the listed rooms on the ground and 1^st floors of RAL on Monday, May 23^rd and Tuesday, May 24th from 6:00AM to 10:00AM. This outage is needed to replace filters on the exhaust fan serving these rooms and to clean the coils. During this outage, there will be general exhaust or exhaust to the fume hoods. As a result, no experiments should be running in the fume hoods during the outage. To prepare for the outage:

• Make sure all fume hood sashes are closed

•  Make sure all chemicals and waste containers are sealed

VENTILATION OUTAGE - 260A/B/C DAVENPORT - MAY 25TH FROM 6:00AM TO 10:00AM

Dr. Guironnet/Keelee,

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting 260A, 260B, and 260C Davenport on Wednesday, May 25^th from 6:00AM to 10:00AM. This outage is needed to replace filters on the exhaust fan serving these rooms. During this outage, there will be no supply air available or exhaust to the fume hoods. As a result, no experiments should be running in the fume hoods during the outage and the affected rooms should be unoccupied. To prepare for the outage:

• Make sure all fume hood sashes are closed before leaving on the 24^th

• Make sure all chemicals and waste containers are sealed

Comments : We would like to have Steam Distribution replace the OA filters during this outage also. We will coordinate with them.

Shutoff Location : NOT APPLICABLE

Reason : Replace filters on exhaust side of DOA.
