CHILLED WATER OUTAGE - DAVENPORT HALL - FEBRUARY 27TH FROM 7:00AM TO 3:30PM

TO ALL IN DAVENPORT:

F&S will be conducting a CHILLED WATER OUTAGE affecting Davenport Hall on Thursday, February 27^th from 7:00AM to 3:30PM. This outage is needed to clean the chilled water strainer. During the outage, building occupants may notice warmer than usual temperatures. Further details about the outage are listed below:

VENTILATION OUTAGE - NORTH RAL - FEBRUARY 5TH AND 6TH FROM 6:00AM TO 8:00AM

TO ALL IN NORTH RAL:

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting the listed rooms in North RAL on Wednesday, February 5^th and Thursday, February 6^th from 6:00AM to 8:00AM. Please note that this is a daily outage so the ventilation will only be affected during the listed hours, not continuously spanning the two days. This outage is needed to change filters on the supply and exhaust fans serving those rooms. During the outage, there will be no supply or exhaust air available in the affected rooms so no research should be taking place. To prepare for the outage, please make sure that all chemical/waste containers are sealed and that fume hood sashes are closed. Further details about the outage are listed below:

Comments : daily outage. These units operate in tandem and both must be shut down to service the filters. Please cap all chemicals and close fume hood sashes.
