South RAL - Sprinkler Pipe Leak - UPDATED

UPDATE #2:  It was found the easternmost elevator in the triple bank of elevators does have water in it so the Elevator Mechanics have shut that elevator off. It will be shut off until tomorrow to allow for it to dry out.  The other two elevators are operating normally and can be used.  If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know.

UPDATE:  71, 68, 66, & 65 RAL have all been cleaned up from the leak.  If you see anything that still needs cleaned up, please let us know.

TO ALL IN RAL SOUTH:

The SCS Facilities & Safety Team is aware of a sprinkler pipe leak that originated from the 3^rd floor and has gone down to the 2^nd, 1^st, & Ground floors.   The BSW’s, pipefitters, and members of the SCS F & S team are in the process of getting the leak repaired and the water cleaned up on each floor.  So far, the rooms affected include:

371 RAL and the student room next door

233 RAL

166 RAL

33 RAL

71 RAL
