VENTILATION OUTAGE - CLSL-A - MAY 2ND FROM 6:00AM TO 5:00PM

TO ALL IN CLSL-A:

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting the listed areas in CLSL-A on Saturday, May 2^nd from 6:00AM to 5:00PM. This outage is needed to complete cleaning and other maintenance on supply fans S-1 and S-2. During the outage, there will not be any supply air or make-up air for the fume hoods. To prepare for the outage, please make sure that all fume hood sashes are fully closed if not in use and that all chemical containers are closed. If you are working in the fume hoods during the outage, please make sure to keep your lab doors open to allow for additional make-up air to come in from the corridors. Comments : Leave lab doors SLIGHTLY open for minimum make-up air for hoods. Close sash doors and cap all chemicals when fume hood is not in use.

Reason : Shop 06 will be completing cleaning and other maintenance on these fans
