VENTILATION OUTAGE - SOUTH RAL - JANUARY 25TH FROM 6:00AM TO 10:00AM

TO ALL IN SOUTH RAL:

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting the west wing of the 2^nd-4^th floors of South RAL on Thursday, January 25^th from 6:00AM to 10:00AM. This outage is needed to change filters on the DOA-101 fans. During the outage, there will be reduced supply air and NO fume hood/cabinet exhaust air available in the affected rooms so no research should be taking place. To prepare for the outage, please make sure that all chemical/waste containers are sealed and that fume hood sashes are closed. Further details about the outage are listed below:

Building Services affected : There will be Reduced supply air and NO exhaust air to the Fume Hoods on the South walls of labs.

Building Occupants Effect : Reduced conditioned air and NO fume hood or cabinet exhaust for South fume hoods.

Ventilation Area. : see rooms below

Comments : Please CAP all chemicals and CLOSE all sashes to fume hoods.

Reason : We are changing the filters on the exhaust side of this system.
