VENTILATION OUTAGE - SOUTH RAL- JULY 24TH FROM 6:00AM TO 10:00AM

LSOs/Faculty,

F&S will be conducting a VENTILATION OUTAGE affecting the 272-279, 370, 374, 376, and the White group student offices in RAL on Monday, July 24^th from 6:00AM to 10:00AM. This outage is needed to change filters on exhaust fan serving the affected rooms. During this outage, there will be no supply or exhaust air in the affected rooms so no research should be taking place. Please make sure that the fume hood sashes are fully closed and that all chemical/waste containers are fully sealed. Further details about the outage are listed below:

Ventilation Fan No. : Hartwig Labs, Supply and Fume Hood Exhaust

Ventilation Area. : All of the Labs associated with The Hartwig Group.

Outage ID : 71408

Outage Reason : To Change Filters in Fume Hood Exhaust System and inspect unit.

Building Sections affected : All of the Labs associated with The Hartwig Group.

Building Services affected : Supply Air & Fume Hood exhaust Air will be off.

Building Occupants Effect : Lack of supply & exhaust air in areas listed.

Comments : Please cap all chemicals and close fume hood sashes.
